I haven't posted the last couple days because I couldn't put into words what the Lord was telling me to say. I pray I will have the compassion of Barnabus, yet the sterness that Paul had, as I put into words what the Lord is burdening my heart with.
The people of this world are so frustrating at times! People that claim to have the gift the Lord offers... they say they are Christians... yet they are hypocrites. Claiming something they do not have.
Hypocrites, they sit and say, "I feel this..." or "This is my opinion..."
IF YOU CLAIM TO BE A CHRISTIAN... NEVER SAY THOSE WORDS... IT IS NOT YOUR OPINION... IT IS NOT HOW YOU FEEL!!!!
IT SHOULD BE THE WORD OF GOD THAT IS SPEAKING NOT YOU!
Life doesn't revolve around you! It revloves around God. He is the one in charge, He is the one that created you, He is the Saviour of your heart, He is not something that you can claim, and then forget. He stays within your heart.
When you claim that you are a Christian, a Child of God.... you are saying, "Look at me, I am a Child of God!" People will look at you! The will stare at you... watch you... examine you... they want to see what is different about a person that claims to be a Christian.
So, because you are lukewarm–neither hot nor cold–I am about to spit you out of my mouth.
Do not be in the middle... either follow the Lord... or be against Him. Christians, this life is hard... but you have something that the world does not! You have the strength of God! And if you rely on Him...if you accept him and ask Him to Strengthen you, then you, dear Christian, can move even the toughest mountain! You will not be hypoctically, but you will shine. You will be God's brightest light in this world of darkness! You will be the salt of this world.
When you are hypocritical, you are not just hurting yourself, but you are hurting the world. Don't you see... when you are not obeying... those people that are examining you are going, "Why would I want to be a Christian if they act like that?!" Don't deprive the world, just because you are being selfish.
But, world, realize, we may be Christians, but we are not perfect. Sometimes our stubborn pride prevents the hand of the Lord to touch us.
For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places.
We fight against things unseen... Satan is our opressor! Just as there is a God that will help us and strengthen us, there is a Devil that is willing to take all measures possible to weaken us and bring us down! We have the choice to give in to the Devil or to God.
Sometimes the pressure of Satan... sometimes the pressure of the things he uses is so mighty. Sometimes we are so selfish we give in. We are not perfect... but, Christian, do not let this get you down! GOD IS CONQUEROR OF ALL! AND HE CONQUERED SATAN THE DAY HE ROSE AGAIN!!!
And he will lock Satan away forever when he returns to bring his church home!!!
Look forward to that day... joy in the day when all tears will be wiped away and no pain will be known.
But may your heart be burdened for the people that do not know of the returning! May your heart be burdened for the people who will be going to Hell! May you heart be burdened for this world. Do not sit around saying, "I am a good Christian" GET OUT A DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS REJECTING WORLD!!! Get on your knees and pray for the world! Let your heart be broken by the things that break the heart of the Lord.
We are responsible for spreading the Word of God. And you will be held responsible when you stand before the Lord!
No treasure on this earth will be compared to the treasure you can build up in heaven! Nothing compares to seeing someone surrender their heart to the Lord.
Stop being so hypocritical! Stop closing you heart to the words of the Lord!
As I say all that... let me go back the one of the first phrases I said...
"Hypocrites, they sit and say, "I feel this..." or "My opinion is..."
Let us go to the Word of God!
As I've said once before... religion does not matter!
Religion is nothingness... it is stupid and not worth you effort!
Only the one true Savior of the world is worth your effort!
So many people base their "religion" on the works that they do. Or that they were born into a Christian home. Or they were baptized at an early age. Or some even believe you can loose your salvation!
I am here to tell you the Word of God does not teach this. If you believe the paragraph I said above... THEN YOU ARE HYPOCRITICAL!
There is a time to be tender and a time to be servere! This is a time to be severe...
You can not claim to be a Christian, yet think you can work your way to heaven. You can not be a Christian and yet believe you can loose your salvation!!
Because if you say that, you are not studying your Bible. And only basing those claims on what your feel or what you believe or what your opinion is.
YOU OPINION DOES NOT COUNT! ONLY THE WORD OF GOD COUNTS!
"Oh, how severe you are being!" you say. Yes, I am severe. I am severe when I am to protect the interguty of my Lord and Savior! How dare you twist the precious words of my Lord and make Him look like something less then what He is! That makes me very angry!
My heart breaks when I think of the people who twist the Words of my Lord to make it so it does not offend people.
THE WORD OF GOD DOES OFFEND! That is what it is suppose to do! Because it does convict! Only the Words of my Lord can convict the heart of this evil world!
The world is told, "Oh the Lord loves you! You should get saved."
If you are to use the Word of God when you speak it would be far more convicting! We would see far more people coming to the saving knowledge of Jesus Christ!
The Word of God preaches that we are all sinners!
Romans 3:23
For ALL have sinned and come short of the glory of God.
The only reason why we are able to go to heaven is because Jesus loved us so much! Sin can not enter heaven, because heaven is a perfect place! But Jesus loved us so much that he wanted us to spend eternity with Him. He wanted US... unperfect, sinnful, selfish, spoiled, prideful people to spend eternity with Him. So he had to purify us! He has to make us ready for heaven. He had to conquer Satan, so that we can go and spend eternity with Him... so we can have ETERNAL LIFE! So he came to earth, to die! He gave His blood so that it could cover the sin we have in our hearts!
Romans 6:23
For the wages of sin is death but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord!
THERE IS NO GREATER GIFT!!!
The thing is, Jesus doesn't want us to go to Hell! He wants us to spend eternity in Heaven! Hell is a place where you continually burn, where you are continually tortured! You can not even have a drop of water to cool your tongue! You watch as people in Heaven live peacefully, as you are continually tortured in a place of gnashing of teeth!
Luke 16
23 And in hell he lift up his eyes, being in torments, and seeth Abraham afar off, and Lazarus in his bosom.
24 And he cried and said, Father Abraham, have mercy on me, and send Lazarus, that he may dip the tip of his finger in water, and cool my tongue; for I am tormented in this flame.
25 But Abraham said, Son, remember that thou in thy lifetime receivedst thy good things, and likewise Lazarus evil things: but now he is comforted, and thou art tormented.
And shall cut him asunder, and appoint him his portion with the hypocrites: there shall be weeping and gnashing of teeth.
1. You shall not worship any other god but the one true God.
2. You shall not make a graven image.
3. You shall not take the name of God in vain.
4. You shall not break the Sabbath.
5. You shall not dishonor your parents.
6. You shall not murder.
7. You shall not commit adultery
8. You shall not steal.
9. You shall not commit perjury.
10. You shall not covet.
We are sinners! At least one of these we have commited! Each of us has, lied, stole, coveted! If you have even looked had a woman/man and lusted then you have commited adultery in your heart! We are all sinners and in need of God's purity and saving grace!
We just have to realize that we are sinners! That Jesus is real and alive! We have to realize that he loves us, and that he died for us! And realize that we will spend eternity with Him! And realize that we don't want to die continually in Hell! And just come before the Lord in prayer humbling asking for His forgiveness and ask Him to purify our hearts and direct our lives!
Romans 10:9,10,13
That if thou will confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved. For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation. For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved!
It's, oh-so-simple!
We become the sons and daughters of Christ once we accept him! We are now Christians!
The thing is... sadly that is the end for most Christians! But you can't just leave it at that.
We are now Children of God! And "All things are past away behold all things are made new" The old man that we had in our heart that held the evil is replaced with a new, pure, man! How do we react?! We get into the Word of God and ask the Lord how he wants us to act!
Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new.
We are not commanded to be "Sunday Christians"! We are told to go into all the world and tell EVERYONE of what we have! We are told to shout it on the mountain top, that Jesus is my Lord!
It takes time to study and learn what we are now to do! Don't be discouraged! But joy in the Lord! Because he is your strength and he will teach you all you need to know! He will get you through those times when Satan wants to get you down! Go to His word! Because that is now your comfort!
Remember, don't be hypocritical... people are watching you!! to see what is different about a person who claims they are a Child of God! And there should be a difference, because when you have Jesus as your Saviour you want to live for Him!
Once you have salvation you can't loose it. Nothing can take that gift away! Jesus has written your name in the Book of Life! And you are forever His! Let NO MAN tell you other wise!
Do not listen to people that say "I think..." or "I feel..." or "My opinion..."
It's not... I, me or my... it's is GOD, JESUS, or WORD OF GOD!
THIS IS NOT MY OPINION... ALL THE WORDS WRITTEN ARE NOT MY OPION OR MY FEELINGS! THIS IS WHAT GOD SAYS.... WHAT THE WORD OF GOD CLAIMS!
Surely that is more powerful then anything I could ever say!
If you don't believe me... if you don't believe what I write... that's ok! Go get a Bible, read it and see for yourself! I challenge you to pick up the Word of God and read it!
You can not work your way to heaven!
4 But God, who is rich in mercy, for his great love wherewith he loved us,

6 And hath raised us up together, and made us sit together in heavenly places in Christ Jesus:

9 Not of works, lest any man should boast.
THROUGH JESUS IS THE ONLY WAY YOU CAN GET TO HEAVEN!
John 14
1 Let not your heart be troubled: ye believe in God, believe also in me.
2 In my Father's house are many mansions: if it were not so, I would have told you. I go to prepare a place for you.
3 And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again, and receive you unto myself; that where I am, there ye may be also.
4 And whither I go ye know, and the way ye know.
5 Thomas saith unto him, Lord, we know not whither thou goest; and how can we know the way?
6 Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me.
7 If ye had known me, ye should have known my Father also: and from henceforth ye know him, and have seen him.

17 Even the Spirit of truth; whom the world cannot receive, because it seeth him not, neither knoweth him: but ye know him; for he dwelleth with you, and shall be in you.
18 I will not leave you comfortless: I will come to you.
19 Yet a little while, and the world seeth me no more; but ye see me: because I live, ye shall live also.
20 At that day ye shall know that I am in my Father, and ye in me, and I in you.
21 He that hath my commandments, and keepeth them, he it is that loveth me: and he that loveth me shall be loved of my Father, and I will love him, and will manifest myself to him.
Listen to what Jesus is saying! Listen to Him putting that desire in your heart! Realize that he is the ONLY WAY! THE ONLY COMFORT!
