I wanted to put up a couple posts.... I wrote it to answer questions that many people have. One person in particular. Hope that person doesn't mind I'm putting this up. But I thought that other people may have the same musings... and this might answer those musings!

Filling that Void:

Of course Church does not take away guilt. It does not take away the longing we have for something. In our hearts we all search for something bigger and greater that we don't understand or know about. God put that desire in our heart. That desire is our search for a feeling of place in this world. A reason for why we are living!
The reason why we live is to serve the Lord! To be loved by the Lord. That is why he created us in the first place. Only God can fill that longing we have in our hearts! Only God can make us feel like there is a reason worth living for!!! He took that longing away from me and filled it with a sense of satisfaction! He is sufficiant for all your needs. You just have to go to Him! He's willing to listen!

God Loves Everyone:

Hey! I'm a born-again Christian. And I thought I would comment on this. If you have any questions you should e-mail me! I'm willing to clarify anything!! But I'm not willing to argue. So I'll state what the Bible says and you can e-mail me to ask questions if you would like.

First, God does love everyone. In fact the Lord loves us so much that he gave His only Son to die for us so that we can go to heaven.

John 3:16-17

For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only song that whosoever believeth on him shall not perish but have everlasting life.For God sent not his Son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through him might be saved.

We are sinners. We have done wrong. There is no way that we can ever be perfect. Why do we deserve to be in a perfect place (heaven) with a perfect person (God)? We don't deserve that, because we sin and we do things that are not right.

Romans 3:23

For all of sinned and come short of the glory of God.

But do you realize that God loved us so much, that he gave His Son to die on the cross for our sins. Jesus payed a high price for us! He gave His life so we can live in heaven forever. He went through so much. He was tortured and spit upon, humiliated, and laughed at. But Jesus did not do anything. He was innocent of any wrong doing, yet all this stuff was done to him. And he bore it, because he loved us. And he even says that he would have done it if there was only one person that would go to heaven!

Romans 6:23

For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of god is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.

Romans 5:8

But God commendeth his love towards us, that while we were yet sinner, Christ died for us.

God gave his only Son, and he watched as he was tortured, but he never stopped it because he knew that good would come of it and that we would be able to spend eternity with Him. And he loved us that much!!! He wants us to be with Him always and forever.And the thing is all we have to do now, is ask to be in heaven. Tell God that we believe he is real, and that we want to live with him in heaven. Of course you have to believe what you are saying is true, because God knows your heart. And he will let you in only if you are truly believeing of it. It's all fair with God. He loves even homosexuals. And they have the same priviledges as we do. The verses says "the world" not just Asians, not just Americans, not just homosexuals, and not just non-homosexuals. He loves everyone, no age limit, no certain race, or religion. He loves us all... and all we have to do is ask to be in heaven with him. And believe in him! We must believe that God sent His one and only Son to die a horrible death on the cross. We must believe that He did that out of love for us so we can spend eternity with God. And then we must realize that Jesus rose from the dead three days later. You see, God raised His Son from the dead. And only God can conquer death. He is the creator of life and death, no other person can conquer death as Jesus did! He showed to us His power in that act! And we must believe that he did this... out of love for us!!

Romans 10:9-10, 13

That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus and shalt believein thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved. For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation. For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved.

Once we accept Jesus, and confess to him that we are sinners bound for hell. We become His Son's and daughters! He is our Heavenly Father. Our Protector and Saviour! And he is writting our name down in the Lamb's Book of Life. So that when we die and go to heaven he will look through that Book and find our name written there and we will be escorted into heaven personally by Jesus!!! And he will take us to a mansion that he has prepared just for us!!!

John 1:12

But as many as receive him, to them gave he power to become the sons of God, even to them that believe on his name.

John 14:1-3

Let not your heart be troubled: ye believe in God, believe also in me. In my Father's house are many mansions: if it were not so I would have told you. I go to prepare a place for you. And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again, and receive you unto myself; that where I am, there ya may be also.

So you see, God loves all people. It's not just caertain people. And anyone that would say that God loves only certain people, is very wrong. the Lord makes it very clear that He loves us all!

As for people that are homosexual. The same promise is given to them as it is to everyone. But homosexuals are sinners also. They are not perfect. In fact the Lord says that marriage is to be between a man and a woman. Not two people of the same sex.

Genesis 2:24
Therefore shall a man leave his father and his mother, and shall cleave unto his wife: and they shall be one flesh.

Genesis 2:22
And the rib, which the LORD God had taken from man, made he a woman, and brought her unto the man.

The Lord does not talk about a woman and a woman or a man and a man. He talks about one man and one woman coming together and becoming one in marriage. The Lord does not promote homosexuality... he created it this way because God knows best. We are human and we want our way, so we take something that is sacred and turn it into a foolish thing. Making it a sin. Anything that we do that is not the way the Lord intended it to be is a sin. But that doesn't mean that God hates that person. He loves that person, and wants to forgive them for sinning. NO MATTER WHAT THAT SIN IS. We were all created equal, and God treats us all equally!

You say that a priest called homosexuals Satanists. I'm sorry, but I don't agree with this priest! And surely he is not looking into His Bible and searching to find out what the Lord says about homosexuals, or he would not have said this!!! Homosexuals are sinners, there is nothing different about them then there is me! We all sin... and we all need to repent of that sin!! As for Christianity contradicting itself, that is not true. It's the people that take the word and twist it! And make it into something that is not. Making it confusing and untrue.

Also you mentioned "creating a religion" a few times. What use is a religion? Religion brings no satisfaction at all. But a relationship with the Lord will. If you want to know what I relationship with the Lord is then ask. And read some on my journal! I have a personal relationship wih the Lord and I talk about it alot!

Also... about woman being inferior. The Lord does not treat woman as inferior! We are created equal to men. We have the same privledges as men do. But the Lord has certain jobs for each of us. The Man is to be in charge of things. And women take care and nuture! It does not mean we are inferior! And about the garden of Eden... both Adam and Eve sinned! Both are equal sins. There is no such thing as who went frist or second. Or a little sin or a big sin. All of it is sin in God's eyes. But in spite of it all he loves us!!! Some so-called "Christians" do not follow the Word of God, yet they call themselves a Christian. They give real Christians a bad name. And besides that, Christians aren't perfect, we are still human and we fail. But that's why we have a God that is forgiving and merciful! You will find hypocrites in life. the Lord warns us of people like that. Though you find hypocrites that doesn't mean that all Christians are. Though, agian, we are all sinners and we fail time after time. Sometimes we quote the Word of God yet we forget to apply it to our life. What kind of example is that? It's not a good one. But no person is perfect! Only God is, and we will fail, but the Lord is forgiving. And he can make something bad, our mistakes, into something good.

Hypocrites:

Oh!! You are so right! So many Christians are hypocrites. As you know... I am a Christian. And I have seen and know the hypocrites you talk about. there are so many people out there that call themselves Christians, but what do they have to show it. They may go to church, they may act all high and mighty on Sundays. But they are what I call... "Sunday Christians"!! They are hypocrites. Scared to die, so they try and do good to earn there way to heaven. Surely this is not what God meant. Because God is perfect. But it is human nature that makes Christians looks so terrible! I believe that these hypocrites, ARE NOT CHRISTIANS!! They just call themselves that. A real Christian that truly loves the Lord and has asked him to come into his heart, will not steal, kill, hurt, gossip, or anything else. Though we may not be perfect we have the Lord in our heart that helps and guides us to do the right thing. When we don't listen to him sometimes we mess up, but that's only because we are human like you or everyone else. We can't be perfect, but we surely try to obey the Lord in every situation. I'm not perfect either. But I love the Lord with all my heart. And wish to obey him. I want to be his servant for all the days of my life. And I want the Lord to shine through me so that people will realize that Jesus and God are not like the hypocrites, but more like the Christians that are truly living for him. I suppose you thinking maybe I don't sound humble. I try to be as humble as I can... it is something that I struggle with. And I pray that the Lord will help me with this every day. He does help me. In many situations. But the Lord never twists our arm and makes us do what he wants. We have to be willing to take that help. A true Believer.... a true Christian... does not act the way you explained. Even in the Bible there were hypocrites... and Jesus rebuked them! He also said that it is better to be totally against the Lord or totally for the Lord then in between. You can't live for Satan and God.... it doesn't work. You must be either or for!

Matthew 6:5
And when thou prayest, thou shalt not be as the hypocrites are: for they love to pray standing in the synagogues and in the corners of the streets, that they may be seen of men. Verily I say unto you, They have their reward.

Matthew 6:16
Moreover when ye fast, be not, as the hypocrites, of a sad countenance: for they disfigure their faces, that they may appear unto men to fast. Verily I say unto you, They have their reward.

Matthew 23:13
But woe unto you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! for ye shut up the kingdom of heaven against men: for ye neither go in yourselves, neither suffer ye them that are entering to go in.

Matthew 23:23
Woe unto you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! for ye pay tithe of mint and anise and cummin, and have omitted the weightier matters of the law, judgment, mercy, and faith: these ought ye to have done, and not to leave the other undone.

Job 36:13
But the hypocrites in heart heap up wrath: they cry not when he bindeth them.

The Lord does not put up with hypocrites. He wants people that are totally for him. Living every part of what he commands. The hypocrites need to be condemmed! And the time will come when the Lord will condemn them. But as I said before he gives us chances, and he will give the hypocrites chances to repent and become true Christians and come to him and serve him completely! He does this becomes he Loves them! The Lord is good! And worthy to be praised!!

I pray none of you see me as a Hypocrite! That is not what I want my testimony to be. I want to shine my light bright so you can see Christ the way He is!! May God Bless and Keep you!
